TerraCraft is a premium e-commerce platform designed to bridge the gap between ethical sustainability and high-conversion digital retail.

In a market where "greenwashing" creates consumer skepticism, TerraCraft uses Radical Transparency as its core user experience strategy. The platform moves beyond standard e-commerce patterns by integrating supply chain data directly into the browsing flow and utilizing a tactile, "crafted" visual identity—featuring a unique dynamic receipt system—to reinforce the brand's commitment to organic authenticity.

The result is a seamless shopping experience that builds trust without sacrificing the speed and convenience of modern e-commerce.

In the rapidly growing market of sustainable fashion, customers often face a "Trust Gap." While many brands claim to be eco-friendly, e-commerce platforms often fail to provide the transparency needed to back up these claims. Additionally, the checkout experience on niche sustainable sites can often feel clunky or less polished than major fast-fashion competitors, leading to cart abandonment.

The Goal: Design a seamless, high-trust e-commerce experience that makes sustainable shopping feel transparent, premium, and effortless.

Delivering a High-Trust Web Experience

The final design for TerraCraft successfully translates complex sustainability data into a clean, shoppable web interface. By tackling the industry-wide problem of "Greenwashing" head-on, the platform establishes a new standard for transparency in fashion e-commerce.

Key Outcomes:

  • Enhanced User Trust: The "Transparency Module" on the Product Page effectively addresses user skepticism. By making supply chain data visible and digestible above the fold, we removed the #1 barrier to purchase for conscious consumers.

  • Streamlined Conversion: The optimized 3-step checkout flow minimizes cart abandonment. The "Dynamic Receipt" feature keeps pricing and shipping costs 100% visible at every stage, ensuring users never feel "tricked" by hidden fees.

  • Responsive Scalability: A modular Design System (typography, buttons, and grid layouts) was created to ensure the website is fully responsive, maintaining a premium experience across both Desktop and Mobile web browsers.
